Sometimes the best advice is the simplest advice, and that definitely applies in this case.
As part of the videos we recently shot for Performitiv's upcoming Next Gen Learning Leaders video series, JetBlue's Lauren Rabin described how learning leaders can communicate to business leaders to help them understand the "what, so what and now what" of their learning programs.
"Don't teach your leaders to fish for data. Just give them the fish," says Rabin.
When describing the outcomes of your learning measurement and analysis, "focus on the insight provided by or established from the data. Don't focus so much on the data itself. Focus on what I like to call the, what, so what, and now what."
Check out the video above for more words of wisdom from Rabin, and make sure to check out her presentation alongside Performitiv's VP of Sales and Marketing Sara Chizzo at iVentiv's Learning Futures Exchange in Houston, Texas, June 7th and 8th.
And while you're at it, check out our recent video case study on their massively successful continuous improvement efforts.
