This document explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize talent analytics and drive business impact. It leverages a simple framework (see below) to think about AI and how it can be used at various points to maximize the value of talent data, improve outcomes, and enhance organizational agility. This framework provides structure for this paper.

Throughout this document, we’ll be using a leadership development program called Leading Leaders to demonstrate how AI can be applied. Although the focus is on analytics, there are some important aspects of AI that can be helpful in Talent Development more broadly, so we’ll include those where it makes sense.

By integrating AI across the data lifecycle, from collection to reporting and optimization, organizations can gain deeper insights into their workforce and make data-driven decisions to improve people, processes, and technology.

There is an appreciation for how big this topic is. Performitiv hopes this resource provides insight into how AI is defined, what AI looks like at a very practical level, and how it can be used.
