This session will explore how AI can be leveraged to improve learning measurement. A broader understanding of AI will preface the specific discussion of its application to the field of learning measurement.

We have spoken to over 180 learning professionals about what they wanted to change in their L&D measurement process. One trend that appeared was a need to have reporting more focused on the audience the report serves. The audiences served by L&D reporting come down to 3 audience types (excluding the data scientists that want the raw data). These audience types are: 1) instructors/designers, 2) program managers and 3) leaders/stakeholders. This session will share insights as to who these audiences are and what reports they need to be data-driven decision makers.

Data can be scary at times, especially when it's something new, or even worse - if it doesn't look good! The truth is that data is part of the language we use to communicate the value and impact of what we do.
