This session will focus on measuring a strategic, visible, and costly leadership development program.  We will present the ways a program manager should discuss measurement with a non-learning stakeholder.  Then we will migrate to examples of what data to collect and how to gather it. And conclude with a scorecard example to link the leadership program to the stakeholder outcomes.
