Performitiv leverages modern, safe and meaningful artificial intelligence (AI). We use algorithmic and generative AI to provide our customers efficient and effective ways to turn their data into insights. Below are examples of AI in Performitiv:
Predictive Trends
Trend lines are great to show historic performance. AI is used to forecast the slope of change to future performance. The AI engine will factor seasonality, cyclicality and regression into account when producing the trend and slope of the trend.
Anomaly Detection
An Insight Feed uses real-time statistical algorithms to detect positive and negative outliers. These are prominently displayed so users can manage by exception.
Cluster Analysis
Constructs of evaluation or operational data can be quickly compared to other constructs to correlate an input to an output at high volume and velocity. Statistical correlations are displayed and presented in actionable ways to help analysts drive decisions.
Natural Language Processing
Generative AI and algorithmic AI are used to analyze and synthesize verbatim. Using these tools, users can understand themes in comments to help review sentiment and emotion in unstructured text.
Conversational AI
An Analytics Assistant sits on top of Performitiv. The Assistant combines generative AI and algorithmic AI to provide immediate insight vs. running reports. The assistant has structured questions if the user does not know what to ask but also an open-ended AI engine to ask questions to Performitiv. The Analytics Assistant will provide quick analysis and recommendations to support the user in understanding their data or in seeking support in using the system.
